The door to the 1st floor washroom from the living room is completed.

The 1st coat of 967 has been applied to the tile panels in the 2nd floor washroom.

Main floor washroom. The door has been installed and has 1st coat of paint.

Bedroom #3 completed. Baseboards and quarter rounds installed.

Sanding and priming

The patching, sanding and priming of the upstairs washroom (upper half of walls) has been completed.

The washroom door primed.

The trim primed of the west wing.

The baseboard and quarter round primed at top of stairway.

finishing touches

The red door entrance to living room completed. Excellent. With brass kickplate, handle and lock. (Applied 2 coats of white primer, then 2 coats of grey primer and then needed 2 coats of red enamel where rolled, plus 3 coats of red enamel where brushed.)



The pine plank threshold between the living room and washroom completed with 3 coats of urethane.
