I trimmed/cut out the original wood centre panel in each door and then inserted glass panes in each door.

After removing the vinyl, there were newspapers dating from 1954 to 1962.

Well, there are the planks we are looking for. There are gaps as wide as 3/8 inch that will need to be filled in.
